It's also a great time to review the marketing goals achieved over the past year. For one of our partners, we closed 2021 **with a result of about €171,800**. The strategy was fully rolled out in January 2022, and the countries where we wanted to build sales were: - Ireland - USA - Canada - Slovakia - Germany - United Kingdom Our research indicated that these markets should bring the best return without investing large amounts at the very start of the expansion. The products we wanted to advertise were already well known there, which meant there was no need to build awareness or create purchasing needs. It was enough to reach people faster than the competition, and that's what we're best at. ## Marketing plan and ad campaigns [Performance marketing activities](https://justidea.agency/en/services/digital-marketing-agency/) were based mainly on optimising Performance Max campaigns and feeding the system as much accurate data as possible. We put the biggest emphasis on acquiring a large number of new customers and later closing the sale through remarketing. DSA and RLSA campaigns played a huge role in these activities, and some markets also had dedicated SKAG campaigns. Below is a list of the TOP 10 countries with the highest sales in 2022. As you can see, unexpectedly, despite our earlier assumptions, an opportunity came up that we had to make the most of. South Korea turned out to be a great market with a huge conversion rate for this industry: 3.50%. Of course, the statistic works in its favour, and we already know that in 2023 we'll put a strong focus on sales precisely in this country. ## HITTING THE €23,000 A MONTH TARGET Unfortunately, the start of 2022 didn't look promising: January sales came to just €16,400. Luckily, the following months gave us room to optimise and hit our targets. As a result, we closed the year with total sales of about €453,300. Well-planned expansion and an efficient funnel design allowed us to hit our targets, and with plenty to spare. Dividing the result achieved by 12 months gives us approximately €37,800.
