# SEO agency in Poland for websites and online stores

A Polish SEO agency is worth hiring for one thing: orders from Polish Google, not traffic. Traffic without orders is a cost, not a result. We work on keywords that carry a buying decision and run three layers at once: technical SEO, content and link building. We judge the result by sales from organic search and treat rankings as a means to it. If your brand is entering Poland, we know how Polish buyers search, which the global tools miss. Every plan starts with an onboarding month in which we set the strategy and the order of work.

Reported in revenue

Rankings are a means, not the goal. The report shows traffic, conversions and revenue from organic search, numbers you can check in your own Search Console.

3 months' notice

That is how long leaving a plan takes if you decide the work does not pay off. You stay because it works.

Starting point

## Visibility grows, and orders stay where they were

Three situations in which SEO costs money but does not sell. Each shows up in the data before it shows up in the accounts.

**

### Keywords with no buying intent

The site grows on how-to queries, because they are easier to rank for. Traffic arrives, the basket stays empty, and the rankings report looks good for quarters on end.

**

### A store the crawler cannot get through

Filters create thousands of URLs, pagination eats the crawl budget, and product pages compete with each other for the same keyword. Google then indexes whatever it happens to find, not what sells.

**

### Content nobody cites

Texts written to guidelines from five years ago: plenty of words, no sourced facts. A language model has nothing to build an answer about your company from, so it cites your competitors.

Definition

### What does SEO actually involve?

**SEO (search engine positioning)** is the work of making a site answer the questions people type into a search engine better than competing sites do. We run it the same way for company websites and for online stores, although the balance of work differs. It has three layers: technical, meaning whether Google's crawler can get through the site and understand it; content, meaning whether it answers the real questions behind the keywords; and links, meaning whether other sites treat it as a source. None of them can be bought on its own with a result to show for it: a site without content has nothing to rank with, and content without links stays on page three. The effect builds up, so the first changes usually show after three months and the full picture after two or three quarters.

Technical layer

Indexing, speed, URL structure, structured data. Without it the rest of the work cannot take effect, because the crawler never reaches what we wrote.

Content layer

A keyword map split by intent, texts that answer questions, category and product descriptions, internal linking.

Link layer

Link building, meaning work on getting other sites to point to yours. We build the link profile around the topic, not the count, and every link is justified by the content of the page it points to.

How it works

## How does SEO for a company website differ from SEO for a store?

The same service name, two different projects. This is what really separates the two and where the time goes in each. A third variant, local SEO, we run separately: there the Google Business Profile and distance decide the query, not the site structure.

How does SEO for a company website differ from SEO for a store?

| Area of work | Company website | Online store |
| --- | --- | --- |
| URLs to optimise | dozens | thousands, filters included |
| Biggest technical risk | speed and heading structure | duplicates from filters and pagination |
| Where the content lives | offer, blog, service pages | category and product descriptions |
| Cannibalisation | rare, a few pages | constant, product page against category |
| How we measure the effect | number and quality of enquiries | revenue from organic search |
| Typical analyses at the start | Core Web Vitals, link profile | crawl budget, cannibalisation, feed |

### What this table does not show

It does not show the order of work, and the order decides the first quarter. In a store we almost always start with the technical side, because the best text on a badly built category has no chance of reaching the results. On a company website it is often the other way round: the technical side is fine, but the content that answers pre-purchase questions is missing. We set the order in the onboarding month of the plan, together with the strategy. If you would rather see it before committing to ongoing work, order an SEO audit separately: you get a task list and can implement it with your own team. This page describes ongoing work on your site, quarter after quarter.

Scope of work

## What our Polish SEO agency does for your site

Three pillars, one team, one task list. The balance between them comes from the strategy for your site, not from the name of a plan in the price list.

### Technical SEO and structure

Indexing, speed, URLs, structured data, sitemap and internal linking. In stores add filters, pagination, product variants and the feed. This is the layer where other people's content work most often disappears.

![A list of technical site elements with the current status of work](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-seo-technika.svg)

### Content for search intent

A keyword map split by decision stage, texts for offer pages, category descriptions, articles that answer customers' questions. Each text has an assigned keyword, a goal and a place in the site structure. For Polish sites the texts are written by native Polish copywriters, not translated.

![Three stages of a buying decision, each with its own type of text](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-seo-tresc.svg)

### Link building and AI visibility

Link building, meaning getting other sites to point to yours, is done by topic, with a list of publications in the report. On top of that we prepare content for the answers of language models, so that a model has something to build a sentence about your brand from.

![A link profile building up the domain and a language model answer citing the brand](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-seo-autorytet.svg)

Step by step

## From strategy to ongoing SEO optimisation

The first month looks different from every month after it. We do not start by publishing texts, but by deciding in what order to remove what is blocking growth.

1.

1

### Onboarding month, before anything is published

1 month

Keywords split by intent, a content plan by quarter, a link building strategy and a check that analytics counts what it should. This is the document we work from in the months that follow and come back to every quarter.

2.

2

### Implementation and publishing

ongoing

Technical fixes, texts, category descriptions, internal linking and link acquisition. Changes go live in stages, so that an effect can be traced to its cause and not to the month in which we did everything at once.

3.

3

### Reporting and optimisation

monthly

Visibility, traffic, conversions and revenue from organic search, taken from your accounts, not from our tools. Plus a list of tasks done and those moving into the next month. Once a quarter we go back to the strategy and correct what could not be foreseen at the start.

4.

4

### Technical crawls and suggested changes

weekly

A crawler goes through the site and we compare the result with the previous week: indexing, speed, redirects, broken links. We flag fixes while they are still faults, not a drop in visibility that then takes quarters to win back.

## Why we do not give a date for reaching the top 10

![A search visibility chart rising in steps: flat in the strategy month, then jumping after implementation](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-seo-wykres.svg)

Because a ranking is not a function of our work, but of our work compared with your competitors' work, in a system neither side controls. An agency that gives a date for reaching the top three is either guessing or talking about a keyword nobody is fighting for. So we agree on the scope of work and on numbers you can see in your own data, not on a place in a ranking we do not set. It costs exactly the same, and after two quarters you know what you paid for.

What we can say is what will happen and in what order. First the technical obstacles go, because without that the rest of the work cannot take effect. Then come the pages already close to the top, because that is where effort turns into traffic fastest and shows in Search Console earliest. The hardest keywords are left for last, when the site has something to prove it knows the topic and link building has had time to work.

In the report, rankings sit next to the number of enquiries and sales from organic search, because only that comparison shows whether a ranking is worth anything. A keyword in first place that brings no orders is a success for the report, not for the business, and we report orders, not just a line going up.

How we know

## What we base our claims about search on

![A list of SEO audit findings ordered by weight](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-audyt-seo.svg)

The rules Google uses to assess pages are published, and we do not make them up. The guidelines for creators and the technical documentation are in [Google Search Central](https://developers.google.com/search/docs), and the quality rules used by the people who assess results are in the public [Search Quality Rater Guidelines](https://static.googleusercontent.com/media/guidelines.raterhub.com/en//searchqualityevaluatorguidelines.pdf). When we say something is risky, we can usually point to the paragraph that says so.

The second thing is your own data. Rankings from third-party tools are estimates and differ between vendors, so we base the report on Search Console and on your store admin or enquiry system. They know how many enquiries really came in and how many ended in a sale. We use tools to plan the work, not to account for its effect.

The third is measurement on the spot. Before every bigger decision we crawl the site and compare it with what actually sits in the top ten for a given keyword: how much content it has, how it is built and where its links come from. Only these three sources together produce a task list ranked by impact on sales, not by what is quickest to tick off in a report.

Toolkit

## The tools we use to work on your visibility

No single tool sees the whole of SEO. One knows keywords and their volumes, another the link profile, a third shows the site as Google's crawler finds it, and a fourth tells you how much of that traffic ended in an order. Only side by side do they show where you lose traffic and money. The licences are paid, and we pay for them, not you.

### Ahrefs

A keyword database, link profiles and competitor rankings in Google. This is where we take the volumes that justify the choice of keywords in a brief, instead of relying on a hunch.

### Senuto

A Polish tool that sees the Polish market more precisely than the global ones: domain visibility, page cannibalisation and keyword seasonality in Polish results.

**

### Screaming Frog

A crawler we use to go through the site the way a search engine does: redirects, duplicates, click depth from the home page.

### Search Console and GA4

The accounts are set up in your name and stay with you when we stop working together. The numbers in the report come from them, not from tools that estimate traffic. We collect the results in a Looker Studio dashboard.

**

### NeuronWriter

Compares our text with how the top results answer the same keyword. It makes sure the content answers the question, not just contains the word.

**

### Pre-publication checklist

Before a text or a technical change goes live on your site, we check its structure, the data for search engines and whether the amounts quoted are consistent. You cannot buy this in any tool, because it grew out of our own mistakes.

Your involvement

## How much of your time SEO will take

A question that is rarely asked and decides success more often than the budget. No agency can do three things for you: it does not know what you sell at the best margin, it has no access to your developer, and it cannot answer for you the question a customer asks before buying. The rest is on our side, and the hours come from current projects, not from a model offer.

### First month: about four hours

A kick-off meeting (an hour), handing over access to the site and to the measurement accounts (half an hour), and a conversation about which products or services matter most to you and why (two hours). That last conversation is the most valuable part of the whole engagement: without it we set priorities by traffic volume, not by your margin.

### Following months: about an hour

A monthly report call, usually thirty to forty minutes, plus approval of content topics. If you prefer, we replace approval with a silent consent rule: we send a list of topics, and no comments within three days means we start. Several clients have worked this way for years.

### Code changes: it depends who makes them

Some technical fixes need changes to the template or server settings. We make them ourselves once we have access, and then they take none of your time. When your developer or an outside company runs the site, we prepare a description of the change with the reasoning, and you only make sure it gets into their queue.

### Content: your knowledge, our writing

We write the texts, but we cannot invent the expertise: in specialist industries we need fifteen minutes with someone who knows the subject from the inside. One such conversation usually covers several texts. The alternative is correct, empty content that a language model writes in a minute and nobody ever cites.

### What we do not need from you

You do not need to know SEO, read tool reports or track rankings. You do not need to make technical decisions either: that is our job, and you get each recommendation with the reasoning and what happens if we do not implement it. Your role is knowledge of the business and the decision on where you make money.

How we work

## What this engagement rests on

01

### We guarantee the work, not luck

No agency controls rankings, because the search engine and your competitors' work set them. We guarantee what we can influence: the full agreed scope of work, a monthly report, and that everything we did on the site stays with you.

02

### You know the notice period before we start

We sign the contract for an indefinite term with a 3-month notice period, counted to the end of a calendar month. You get to read it before the first month of work begins.

03

### Access stays yours

Search Console, Analytics and tool accounts are set up in your name. When we stop working together, neither your measurement history nor anything we wrote disappears.

04

### We will advise against it if it does not pay

When the keywords in your industry have very little traffic or a very high cost per click, we say so straight away and suggest paid campaigns as a faster route to the same order.

What follows from this

## SEO is bought in quarters, not months

![A waterfall from organic revenue to net profit](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-seo-zysk.svg)

The first noticeable changes usually appear after 90 days, and the result that matters after 180 to 270 days. This is not an excuse, it is how page indexing and building domain authority work. That is why the first month goes on strategy and a content plan, not on publishing texts that would have to be rewritten later anyway. Delay has a price: every quarter you put off the decision moves the whole horizon by a quarter. You lose those 90 days, because they count from the start of the work, not from the day someone decided something had to be done.

We are just as clear on the second point: stopping the work reverses the effect. Competitors do not stand still, content ages, and some links lose value. If the budget is meant to last six months and no more, it is better spent on Google Ads campaigns, coming back to SEO when there is room for a longer run. We will say so on the first call, not in month six.

Client reviews

Certificates and partnerships

## Where we get the data on which keywords actually buy

A keyword looks one way in a keyword research tool and another in a campaign where someone paid for the click. This is where we get both pictures at once: partner status on advertising platforms and a ranking in which every review is verified by a call with its author.

### Top Inbound Marketing Company Poland 2026

Clutch, inbound marketing ranking

The inbound marketing ranking for Poland, which is exactly what this service has to deliver. Clutch verifies every review with a call to its author, so the position rests on client results.

### Google Premier Partner

Google, top tier of the Google Partners programme

Which keywords actually buy shows in campaign data, not in a keyword tool alone. The status gives us access to features before launch and support on Google's side, so we work from both sources at once.

### Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner

Microsoft, highest tier of the programme

Bing is a separate index and a separate, cheaper stream of business traffic. We run campaigns there at the top tier of the partner programme, so we know how visibility in that search engine differs.

### Allegro Ads Partner

Allegro, advertising partner

In Polish e-commerce some buying searches end on Allegro, Poland's largest marketplace, not in a search engine. Advertising partner status gives us support on the platform's side, so we can see when fighting for a keyword makes no sense.

Visibility in AI models

## What we do when a model answers, not a list of results

More and more questions end with an answer generated above the results, with no click on any of them. This is not a separate fad next to SEO: the same work on the technical side and on content decides whether a model has anything to build a sentence about your company from. These are the pages where we describe it in more detail, each with its own scope.

Doubts before we start

## What we hear before an SEO contract is signed

### “Our previous agency promised the top 3 and nothing came of it”

That is why we do not promise rankings. We promise a written scope of work, a monthly report on organic traffic and revenue, and an exit with 3 months' notice. We call enquiries and sales from organic search the result, numbers you can check yourself without us in between.

### “SEO is a bottomless pit”

It can be, when nobody keeps an eye on priorities and the task list grows faster than anything from it goes live. The strategy from the onboarding month ranks tasks by impact on sales, so you can see what you are buying in the first quarter, what can wait and what we will not do at all, because it would not pay back.

### “We only have a small site, it will not pay off”

Sometimes it really will not. When all the keywords in your industry add up to a few hundred searches a month, campaigns will pay back faster and we recommend them instead of a subscription. We check demand for your industry's keywords before we propose ongoing work.

### “We are afraid of Google penalties”

Penalties usually come for bought links and for mass-produced content, and at JustIdea we do neither. Every link is justified by its topic, and you get the list of publications with URLs in the report, so you can look at them yourself. It is a slower road, but you do not spend a year undoing it afterwards.

### “We have no time to implement recommendations”

The JustIdea team makes the changes to your site and store itself, if it gets access. What stays on your side is approving topics and business decisions, about an hour a month, four in the first month. When your developer runs the site, they get from us a description of the change with the reasoning, not just an instruction.

### “Our sales come from ads anyway”

They usually do, as long as the budget grows. SEO does not replace campaigns, it lowers acquisition cost over a longer window, because organic traffic does not vanish the day you switch the spend off. In the report both channels sit side by side with their own acquisition cost, so you do not have to take our word for it.

Limits of the service

## When does SEO make sense, and when should you start with an audit or campaigns?

Short answer

SEO makes sense when the budget covers two or three quarters and keywords with buying intent have traffic worth fighting for. When you need a result this month, Google Ads campaigns are the better choice, and when nobody knows what is blocking growth, start with an SEO audit.

Access to Search Console and Analytics stays yours throughout the engagement and after it ends, so whether you stay is decided by results, not by who holds the data.

![A fork before a subscription: an audit when nobody knows what blocks growth, campaigns when the result is needed this month](https://justidea.agency/assets/ill-pozycjonowanie-sklepow-praca-czy-audyt.svg)

### This is the right service

- Keywords that carry a buying decision have real search volume.
- The budget is meant to last two or three quarters, not one month.
- You want a report on organic revenue, not on rankings alone.

### Start with something else

- You do not know what is blocking growth: an SEO audit first, with no subscription commitment.
- You need a result this month: that is Google Ads campaigns, SEO later.
- Customers search locally and call from the map: that is Google Business Profile optimisation.

Limits

## What we will not do, even if you ask

Some things that work fast in SEO end in a filter or a manual penalty a few months later. Undoing that costs more than the work that caused it, so we talk about it before we start, not after.

### We do not buy links from link farms

Every link is justified by its topic and comes from a site that really exists in its niche. Link networks give you a jump for a quarter and a problem for a year, and undoing a manual penalty takes longer than the work that led to it. When there is no sensible place to publish for your industry, we do not spend the budget on anything at all.

### We do not mass-produce content

Language models help us with research and structure, but every text is edited by a person. A hundred automatically generated pages are a hundred reasons to lower the quality rating of the whole domain. We would rather have ten texts for which someone sat down and called a specialist at your company than a hundred nobody reads to the end.

### We do not promise rankings

We do not write rankings into the contract or give a date for reaching the top ten, because we have no way to deliver it: the search engine sets it, together with your competitors' work. The contract states what we are really responsible for: the scope of work, the deadline for each stage and a report with numbers from your accounts.

### We do not keep your accounts

Search Console, GA4 and Tag Manager are set up in your name. Removing our access is a single decision and needs neither our consent nor the end of the contract. Your measurement history then stays with you, so the next agency has something to start from instead of counting everything from zero.

Choosing an agency

## Six questions to ask any SEO agency before you sign

SEO offers look almost identical: the same plan names, the same list of activities, similar amounts. The difference shows after six months, when you can see whether anyone actually worked on your site. These are six questions that test this in advance, with our answers. None of them requires SEO knowledge. All of them are about what you get for the money and what stays with you when the engagement ends. Ask them of us and of two other agencies: comparing the answers will tell you more than comparing price lists.

### “Who exactly will work on my site?”

Ask for a name, not a department. In many offers a salesperson runs the call, and the site then goes to someone who handles a dozen other projects and sees yours for two hours a month. Ask to speak with the specialist who will do the work before you sign: an agency that will not arrange it is telling you it has not chosen that person yet. At JustIdea every project has an assigned specialist, you meet them before the start, and they write the report and answer the phone.

### “What stays with me if we stop working together?”

Code fixes, category descriptions, a rebuilt structure and written content stay on your site for good. Links are a different story: those from a network rented on subscription disappear a month after the last payment, and visibility drops back to where it started. Ask directly what percentage of the links gained will stop working after the contract ends. An answer like 'that is our own network' usually means everything is rented, so ask for three URLs to check.

### “Where will the links to my site come from?”

Take a list of five sites the agency published on last quarter and look at them yourself. Do they have their own traffic and readers, or are they a collection of sponsored posts from ten industries at once? Do they match what you sell? Google has recognised sites that exist only to sell links for years, and the site that bought them pays the price. We justify every link by its topic, and you get the list of publications with URLs in the report.

### “What does the report look like and what exactly will I see?”

Ask for a sample report from another project, with the client's name hidden, but real. Check whether it contains numbers you can verify in your own Search Console and Analytics, or only charts from the agency's tool. A report without a single number on sales or on form enquiries describes the agency's work, not its impact on your business, and after a year you cannot use it to decide whether to renew. Ours shows visibility, traffic, conversions from that traffic, tasks done and the list of publications.

### “Will I get access to the tools and the data?”

Search Console, Analytics and the rank tracking account should belong to you, with the agency given access. The reverse looks like a detail until the day you change agencies: you lose your entire measurement history, the new agency starts without a baseline from a year ago, and its first months go on rebuilding what was already known. We set up the accounts on your company address and give ourselves access that disappears when we stop working together.

### “What exactly am I paying for in this subscription?”

Ask for the monthly amount to be split into hours of work and external costs, meaning publications and tools. Without that split you do not know whether you are buying a specialist's work or mostly a publication budget with a margin. Both are fine, but the ratio changes what you can expect: work on the site stays with you for years, publications work only as long as you pay for them. With us this split is in the contract, and unused publication budget rolls over to the next month.

FAQ

## Questions we hear before the start

**### What does SEO involve?**

Making a site answer the questions people type into a search engine better than competing sites do. The work splits into three layers: technical, meaning the site is accessible to the crawler; content, meaning answers to customers' real questions; and links, meaning building topical authority. The balance between them is not fixed, and the strategy for a given site sets it: a store with a slow catalogue needs the technical side first, a service site with two pages needs content first, and a technically sound, well-described site most often needs links. The order matters, because content work on a site the crawler cannot get through turns into nothing.

**### How much does SEO cost?**

Ongoing work starts from €480 net a month. The PROFIT plans differ in the number of hours: the choice depends on competition in your industry, the size of the site and the amount of technical work, not on the size of your company. Large sites are quoted separately: the base amount covers the Polish market, and each additional market is added to the invoice. An SEO audit is a one-off service you can order separately if you want it, quoted for your site. Every plan starts with an onboarding month with a strategy, a content plan, a link building strategy and an analytics check. After it you know where the hours will go in the months that follow.

**### How long does SEO take to show results?**

The first noticeable changes usually appear after 90 days, and the result that matters after 180 to 270 days. That comes from how indexing and authority building work, not from how fast an agency works. The strategy and content plan are written in the first month. The first movements in Search Console usually show six to eight weeks after the first changes go live, on keywords where the site was already close to the top ten. Growth you can see in sales, not just in a tool, most often comes between the fourth and the sixth month.

**### Do you guarantee first place in Google?**

No, JustIdea included: the algorithm changes several hundred times a year, and competitors work too. A first-place guarantee in practice means one of two things: either a keyword so narrow that nobody types it, or a clause in the contract that gives you nothing when there is no result anyway. We guarantee the scope of work, a monthly report on organic traffic and revenue, and the option to leave with 3 months' notice. If visibility is not growing after two quarters, you get a written breakdown of what is blocking growth and whether the channel is worth pursuing at all, instead of another invoice with no comment.

**### What about visibility in AI answers?**

We treat it as a separate layer of work. We prepare content so that an answer can be built from it: specific passages, figures with a source and a clear heading structure. In practice it is the same work: a model cites pages it can understand, meaning pages that are technically tidy, described with facts and citing their sources. Ongoing monitoring of whether your brand comes up in answers to your customers' questions is not part of the PROFIT plans: you order it separately or in the SEO + AI package.

**### Can SEO be done in-house?**

Part of it can, and it is worth taking back: category descriptions, product names, tidying up filters, how-to posts written by someone who knows the industry from the inside. What remains is the technical layer of the store and building domain authority, where experience from many projects counts, because a mistake in these areas sets results back by quarters. In practice a split of work works best, not a choice between all or nothing. The biggest obstacle is not knowledge, which is publicly available, but consistency: SEO loses to day-to-day business in the first month something happens. If you want to try without an agency, start with an audit and a keyword map, and judge the rest after a quarter.

**### What exactly do I get in the monthly report?**

Rankings for keywords on the agreed list, the number of visits from organic search, sales attributed to that traffic, and a list of tasks done and planned, with hours. The report also shows keywords that dropped, because without them it is not a report but marketing material. All numbers come from your accounts, not our tools, so you can check each one yourself. Plus a list of tasks done this month and a list of what is waiting to be implemented on your side, if anything is.

**### How does SEO for a store differ from SEO for a company website?**

In scale and in where the weight lies. In a store you work on hundreds or thousands of catalogue pages, so the technical layer matters most: handling filters, duplicate content, categories cannibalising product pages, discontinued products and category loading speed. A company website has a dozen or so pages, and there the weight shifts to content and domain authority. The practical difference is that in a store most of the work is on categories and filters, not on the home page: categories collect commercial traffic, and they are most often badly described. On a service site the weight is on a few offer pages and on the content that builds context around them.

**### How long is the notice period, and when should you judge the work?**

The contract is for an indefinite term, and the notice period is three months, because work started in a given month usually finishes after a quarter. It is worth waiting about as long before judging the results: the first month of every plan is strategy and an analytics check, so judging the engagement after thirty days is judging the foundation, not the result. We say so before signing, not after.

**### What does the price of SEO depend on?**

On four things, in this order. First, competition for your keywords: ranking for 'pozycjonowanie' (Polish for SEO) in Kraków is different work from ranking for the name of a niche product. Second, the state of the site, because a site with a slow catalogue and a muddled structure needs months of technical work before anything starts to grow. Third, the number of pages to describe and rebuild, and fourth, how much of the budget goes on external publications and how much on specialist hours. With PROFIT plans these four things tell you how many hours a month you need, meaning which plan to choose. A large site is quoted separately, after an initial analysis.

**### How much does SEO for an online store cost?**

More than SEO for a company website, and that is a matter of scope, not of the price list. A store has hundreds or thousands of pages, each of which can reach the results, filters creating URLs nobody planned, and a catalogue that changes every week. So the work covers category structure, descriptions, speed and tidy URLs, not a few offer pages. With us, store SEO starts from €480 a month, large catalogues are quoted separately, with the base amount covering one store for the Polish market, and in both cases the amount comes from the scope of work, not from the size of the company.

## Polish SEO agency: what to know before you choose one

**

### What the price of SEO depends on

SEO services in Poland, as anywhere, are priced on three things: how competitive the keywords are, the size of the site and its technical state. A keyword that ten agencies fight for with link profiles built over years costs many times more than a niche where nobody has written a decent text. The second factor is the number of URLs, because a store with a thousand products needs processes, not manual work. The third is technical debt, which sometimes has to be paid off before anything starts to grow.

**

### SEO for online stores

In a store the result is most often decided by the category, not the product page. A category collects the broad keyword, has a chance of earning a link and does not disappear with a sold-out model. That is why we start with the structure of categories and filters, and only then move down to product pages. A separate topic is the product feed, and whether the data sent to Google matches what the customer sees on the site.

**

### SEO audit: when to order one

An SEO audit answers the question of what is blocking growth today, and it helps those who want to know the causes before deciding. It checks indexing, speed, URL structure, cannibalisation, content and the link profile, and ends with a task list ranked by impact on sales. You can stop there and implement the recommendations with your own team, and some clients do. It is a way to test an agency before a longer contract.

**

### SEO and visibility in language models

Answers generated by language models take some clicks away from classic results, but they follow similar rules: what gets cited has a clear structure, specific data and a source. In practice this means a text written for people, with numbers and the answer in the first paragraph, wins twice.

## Let's talk about keywords before you choose a plan

On the first call we check which keywords you can realistically rank for, how many hours a month it will take and which plan can carry that work. PROFIT Start has a fixed price, so on the call we agree the scope of work. A large site is quoted separately, after an initial analysis.
