A content marketing agency for companies that already publish

You have been publishing for years, and nobody in the company can say what came of it. Usually there is no shortage of texts, only no decision on which topics are yours and in which channels they belong. We start with the topics your customers search for and your brand has not covered yet. You get a plan, the content and a report that puts visits and enquiries next to the number of publications.

Gap analysis first, texts second

We check which topics your site does not cover at all, although competitors do. This order costs less than a quarter of writing by guesswork.

One plan for every channel

The blog, offer pages, social media and sales materials take their topics from one list. The channels then say one thing instead of each saying its own.

Starting point

When a content agency will change something, and when it will not

Situations where more texts will not move anything, because the problem lies in the choice of topics and channels. Every month without this diagnosis is another bill for texts nobody searches for.

You publish a lot and nothing shows

The texts keep coming, but the topics are random. None is covered fully enough for a search engine to treat your domain as a source in the field.

Every channel has its own idea

The blog writes about one thing, social media about another and the sales materials about a third. The budget spreads over separate threads, and none of them adds up to one message.

The board asks what we get out of it

Content reported as a number of publications loses every budget discussion. The conversation only changes when visits and enquiries stand next to the texts.

Competitors get cited, you do not

The same two companies from your industry keep coming back in search engine and AI answers. What decides it is how fully they covered the topic and how they built their texts, and that gap can be closed.

Definition

What does content marketing involve?

Content marketing is the process of planning, creating and publishing content that answers your customers' questions before any of them asks for a quote. It differs from advertising in that it does not disappear with the budget: a topic covered properly once keeps working in search results, on social media and in AI answers.

Topic gap analysis

An audit of your domain's topical consistency: which topics your site already covers, and where so many texts are missing that a single article will change nothing.

Order and priorities

Topics are prioritised by volume, difficulty and distance from the purchase decision. The ones with the shortest path to an enquiry go first.

Content creation and distribution

Before the first text is written, we know where it will go: on the blog, on an offer page, in the newsletter or on social media. Distribution is part of the plan, not an afterthought once the text is out.

Measured in enquiries and sales

We report visits, contacts and enquiries from content. Topics that do not work get cut, and those that do get more material.

Formats

What content we write and where it goes

Every format takes its topic from the same list, so a blog post, a category description and a social post say one thing. We pick the format last, after the topic and the intent, not the other way round.

Blog articles and guides

Answers to the questions your customers type into a search engine before they even start comparing offers.

Product and category descriptions

Descriptions written for purchase intent and for the doubts a customer still has just before adding a product to the basket.

Service and offer page content

Sections on scope, process and price. Without them a visit from search has nowhere to turn into an enquiry.

Expert articles and case studies

Texts written entirely by a copywriter, based on a conversation with an expert from your company or on project data.

FAQs and answers to customer questions

Questions and answers arranged so that search engines and AI models can take a quote from them, and the customer an answer.

Newsletter and email marketing

Messages to your list that keep in touch with someone who takes months to decide, and win back dormant addresses.

Social media materials

Posts, carousels and short video scripts built on topics that already work on the blog. The same message, a different form.

Materials for your sales team

Arguments, comparisons and answers to objections that your salesperson sends the customer right after a call.

Target audience

What changes in a content plan when the audience changes

For a company selling to other businesses we write something different than for a shop selling to consumers. The difference comes from the length of the buying journey and the number of people involved in the decision.

Content marketing vs SEO: what does each one do?

SEO and content as two sources of one search result, which is where the enquiry comes from

SEO decides whether a search engine can find a page, understand it and treat it as credible. Content marketing supplies what the search engine is meant to show in its results: the answers, comparisons and descriptions your customers look for. Each loses on its own. A well-built site without content has nothing to attract traffic with, and a good text on a site with technical problems sometimes never makes it into the index at all.

That is why we choose topics by volume and intent, and link finished texts internally to offer pages. The same topic then goes to the newsletter and to social media, so one piece of research brings traffic in several places at once.

The technical layer, external links and rank monitoring we run as a separate service, SEO. You can see how this looks on our own domain on our blog (in Polish).

How we work

From a brief to a plan your team works from

The analysis and the strategy itself can be ordered separately, with production run in-house. The timings apply to a medium-sized site and grow with the number of pages and channels.

  1. 1

    Meeting and brief

    a few days

We ask about goals, audiences, the offer and the channels that already work for you. We collect access to analytics and Search Console so that from then on we work from data, not impressions.

  2. 2

    Competitor topic analysis

    1-2 weeks

We check which topics your competitors cover and your site does not, and which of them have real search volume. This stage can be bought separately, as a topical consistency analysis.

  3. 3

    Information architecture and topic clusters

    1 week

We arrange topics into clusters: the main topic, related questions, supporting texts. This shows which pages are needed and how they should link to one another.

  4. 4

    Mapping topics to search intent

    1 week

Every topic gets an intent: informational, comparative or transactional. It decides the form of the text and where it is published, from a blog post to a section on an offer page.

  5. 5

    Content strategy

    3-4 weeks

A document with the content development plan, the allocation of topics to channels, a link plan and an implementation schedule matched to how competitive your industry is.

  6. 6

    Internal linking and on-site implementation

    1-2 weeks

We implement the structure on the site and connect new texts to offer pages with internal links. Without this, traffic from content has nowhere to go.

  7. 7

    Production

    monthly rhythm

Texts in the agreed formats, edited to your brand's voice and published according to the plan.

  8. 8

    Review and plan adjustment

    every quarter

What brought visits, what brought contact, where competitors moved into our topic. The next quarter's plan is built on those three answers.

Brief

The call is the first stage of this work, not an introduction to it

We go through goals, audiences and channels, which is exactly where a brief begins. Afterwards you know whether a topic analysis is enough or whether you need a full content strategy.

Client reviews

Ratings given where we do not write them ourselves

Content is the easiest service to tick off: texts get written, invoices go out, and nobody asks whether anyone read them. That is why we point you to three platforms where clients write about working with us.

4.96 / 5

weighted average of 224 reviews across three platforms. Clients gave them, and each site links to the profile with the full text of every review.

Certificates and partnerships

What our recommendations rest on

A content plan is the document you spend your budget by for a year. This is what JustIdea can back it with besides its own opinion.

Google Premier Partner

Google, top tier of the Google Partners programme

A status awarded for client results, not for passed tests. For a content plan it gives access to data on real query volume in your industry, so the topic list is built on what people really search for.

Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner

Microsoft, partner programme of the advertising platform

The Bing index feeds Copilot's answers and, through licensing, some answers of other AI tools too. That is why we check topic coverage outside Google as well, not only in it.

HubSpot Certified Partner

HubSpot, partner programme

Working in a sales system closes the measurement loop: you see not only how many people came from content, but how many of them got in touch and how many of those ended in an order. The effect of content then shows in enquiries, not in the number of publications.

Pricing

How much content marketing costs

Three levels of involvement. You can stop at either of the first two, because they are one-off. The third is ongoing work, billed by volume.

First step

Topical consistency analysis

A content audit of your domain: a list of the topics your site already covers and those it is missing. The cheapest way to check whether there is still room in your industry before you order anything bigger.

from €370 net
  • A map of your domain's topic gaps
  • Coverage compared with competitors
  • Recommendations for the content plan
  • A one-hour walkthrough of the results
Most popular

Content strategy

A document from the brief to an implementation schedule for 3, 6 or 12 months. It includes a link plan for priority topics; the link acquisition itself we run within SEO. The price depends on the size of the domain and how competitive your industry is.

  • A content and authority development plan
  • Allocation of topics to channels

  • An implementation schedule for 3, 6 or 12 months
Ongoing work

Ongoing content

Regular production across all channels in the agreed plan, billed by volume and by the level of editorial work. Content co-created with our editors and material written entirely by a copywriter have their own rates, which we quote for your plan. The blog alone has a separate page and separate pricing.

Doubts before we start

Things we hear on the first call about content

“Content marketing stopped working because of AI”

It changed, it did not stop. Traffic from informational queries fell, while it matters more who the models cite. That rewards concrete, well-organised texts and punishes volume without substance.

“We have our own team, we just need a contractor”

Then you buy the analysis or the strategy alone. You get a topic list and a schedule, and your people write. Quite a few of our clients work this way, and it comes out cheaper.

“That is too slow, we need results now”

Content is not a one-quarter channel. The first effects usually show after two or three quarters. If the result has to come this month, it is better to talk about campaigns and leave content for later.

“We already paid a content agency with no effect”

That usually comes from production without a topic plan. So we start with a topical consistency analysis: it shows whether the previous texts hit topics with real volume. That is cheaper than another year in the dark.

Limits of the service

Do you need a topic plan or just the texts?

Short answer

When you order texts, you come with a list and pay for it to be done. A content strategy settles the earlier question: which topics your brand should cover and in which channels, so that such a list makes sense at all. If there is no list yet, this is where it is made.

The blog is one of those channels and has its own page, because running it is separate work with its own publishing cycle. Some topics live outside search: in the newsletter, in sales materials, in a sales conversation. Those go into the plan too.

Ordering texts without analysis has three typical costs. After publication the texts gather no traffic, because nobody types such questions. New articles start competing with old ones for the same keywords, which is cannibalisation. And the report shows a character count the board can read little from.

Google sets the same condition. In its guidance on how it assesses helpful, people-first content, it asks outright whether a text adds anything beyond what is already in the results. Mass production without that value it describes separately, in its spam policies, and ties it to a penalty. A gap analysis answers that question before the first sentence of a text, not after a quarter of publishing.

A topic map as the source, four channels as its outlets and a list of texts as the result; beside it a warning that a list without a map is made from nothing

Order a content strategy

  • You do not know which topics are yours and which already belong to competitors.
  • Content is to live beyond search: in the newsletter, in sales materials, in AI answers.
  • You have several channels and want them to take topics from one list.
  • You want to spend the budget on topics close to the purchase decision.
  • You want to measure the effect of content in enquiries and sales, not in characters.

Ordering texts is enough

  • You already have a topic plan and it is up to date.
  • You need the list in front of you to be delivered.
  • One channel and one goal, so there is nothing to arrange between channels.
  • You have a team that handles analytics, search intent and topic selection.
  • You accept that texts written without a gap analysis may bring neither visibility nor enquiries.
FAQ

Content marketing: questions before you decide

What does a content marketing agency do?

A content marketing agency plans which topics a brand should cover, in what order and in which channels, then writes those texts and measures their effect. At JustIdea the work starts with a gap analysis against competitors and ends with visits and enquiries from the published content. The rights to the texts pass to you under the contract, together with the right to change them.

How much does a content marketing agency cost?

The topical consistency analysis, an audit of the gaps in your content, starts from €370 net and is one-off. The content strategy and ongoing production are quoted for your domain: the price grows with the number of pages and channels and with competition in your industry, and production is billed by volume per 1,000 characters. How much content per month makes sense follows from the topic plan, not from a character budget. You can stop after the first stage.

How are you different from ordering texts one by one?

The order of things. When you order texts one by one, the first question is how many characters, and the topic comes from an idea. With us the first question is what the brand has not covered yet, although customers search for it. That usually means fewer texts than the original plan assumed, but better chosen, so it can be cheaper for the same result.

Does content marketing make sense when search engines answer by themselves?

It does, but the goal has shifted. Models build answers from content they find and consider credible, so a text is no longer just bait for a click, it has become material a brand gets cited from. The texts that win answer the question directly, with a source and a clear structure.

Do you also run social media and newsletters?

Yes, as separate services that come out of the same topic map. We keep them apart on purpose, because frequency and format differ in every channel, while the topic and the message should be shared. If you care about one channel, it is cheaper to buy the strategy alone and run the channel in-house.

How do you measure content marketing results?

By visits to the content, its share in the path to an enquiry and the number of contacts that came from it. For shops we add sales assisted by content. We do not report the number of publications as a result, because that measures our work, not your effect, and it is what most often ends content budgets.

Do you work in Kraków?

Our office is in Kraków, and that is where we hold strategy workshops, to which we invite clients from the area. The work itself rests on data and conversations, so we run it remotely for companies across Poland and abroad. A workshop works just as well online.

Content marketing agency: what to check before you sign

Why a gap analysis costs less than more texts

Companies that have published for years without effect almost always have scattered topics: many threads with one text each and none covered completely. A topical consistency analysis shows this and usually saves a quarter of production in the wrong direction. Writing then starts with the topics that have a chance of results.

Topical authority in practice

Search engines and models reward covering a topic fully: the main question, the related questions, the edge cases. That is why we group topics into clusters of related texts, and the order of publication matters.

One topic, several formats

A well-researched topic gives a blog post, a section on a service page, social media material and an argument for a salesperson. The same research then works four times, and the report shows the topic's effect across all channels, not just the number of publications.

A content marketing agency in Kraków and remote

JustIdea's office is in Kraków, and we work for companies across Poland and beyond, because this work rests on data and conversations. It is worth meeting in person for the strategy workshop: that is the stage where having your sales people in the room really changes the topic list.
