A social media agency for businesses and shops

We run profiles for businesses and shops on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok: communication strategy, content, publishing and conversation with your audience. The report shows traffic from social media and what people did next on your site, not reach that cannot be turned into an order. Ad campaigns we run alongside, on separate terms.

Accounts and profiles stay yours

We work on your accounts, with your administrator rights. When the work ends, you keep the profile together with its history, content and audience.

A report on traffic, not reach

We treat social media as a source of traffic and enquiries, not a place for nice photos. We do report reach, but we do not count it as a result.

Starting point

Why does a social media profile with good reach sell nothing?

Four situations we see when we take over profiles from another social media agency. Each of them looks good in a report. You pay for every such month, and after 12 months it is still unknown how many people reached your site thanks to the profile.

The report stops at reach

Reach and likes measure what the platform did, not what a person did. Without a visit to the site and an event after it, you cannot tell whether the profile takes part in sales at all.

Content gets made because you are supposed to post

A calendar full of posts about National Cat Day. Publishing without a reason eats the budget and teaches the algorithm that this brand is not worth showing.

Comments and messages without a reply

The warmest contact in all of marketing waits three days for a reaction. That is not a content problem, it is a problem of moderation and process.

The profile belongs to the social media agency

Changing contractor starts with setting up the account from scratch: no history, no audience, no data for ad campaigns.

Definition

What does a social media agency do?

A social media agency is a team that runs a brand's communication on social media: it sets the channel strategy, creates content, publishes it, replies to the audience and measures what this work brings to sales. The same service also goes by the names social media marketing and social media management; the name changes, the scope does not. The scope does vary between contractors, though, and that is the first thing to settle before signing with a social media agency.

How the platforms count it: profile metrics in Meta Business Suite · social media traffic in Google Analytics 4

Communication strategy before the calendar

We start with the target audience and business goals, then choose the channels that make sense for your product. The publishing calendar is the result of that conversation, not a substitute for it.

Content made on our side or on yours

We can produce everything, including photos and video, or work with your materials. In both cases there is one place where you approve content before it goes out.

Moderation is part of the service, not an add-on

We reply to comments and messages within an agreed response time, crisis management included. Sales and complaint matters we pass on to you along a path agreed at the start.

How we start

How social media management works, step by step

We do not start with a post calendar, but with an audit: what your profiles already do, which content works on them and what is missing. This is what the first quarter of work with JustIdea looks like.

  1. 1

    Profile and competitor audit

    2-3 weeks

We check content quality, publishing pace, audience reactions and what competitors in your industry are doing. You get a report with recommendations per channel, including ones you can implement without us.

  2. 2

    Communication strategy and channel choice

    1-2 weeks

We settle which social media channels we run and which we drop on purpose. Four profiles run carelessly lose to two run properly.

  3. 3

    First month of publishing

    4 weeks

Content, publishing and moderation at an agreed rhythm. In parallel we connect measurement in the analytics tools, so that visits from profiles show up as a separate traffic source.

  4. 4

    Rhythm and monthly report

    ongoing work

The report shows visits to the site and the events after them, not just profile reach. It drives optimisation of the calendar and formats, and a channel that brings nothing for a quarter we propose to close.

Client reviews

Agency ratings on three profiles, across all services

On social media everyone shows only their best results, agencies included. That is why, instead of reach screenshots, we show the ratings clients have given us on Google, Facebook and Clutch.

4.96 / 5

weighted average of 224 reviews across three platforms. Clients gave them, and each site links to the profile with the full text of every review.

Certificates and partnerships

Partner statuses that shorten social media work

For each one we say what it gives on this particular service, so you can check whether JustIdea actually uses it.

Meta Business Partner

Meta, partner programme for Facebook and Instagram

A business profile can be restricted or blocked by an automated decision, usually at the worst moment. Partner status gives an escalation path with a human on the other side and technical support with measuring traffic from profiles.

HubSpot Certified Partner

HubSpot, CRM and marketing automation partner programme

An Instagram message is sometimes the first sales contact, and it most often gets lost in the profile's inbox. Connecting profiles to the CRM means the enquiry lands in the same queue as the form on your site.

ExpertSender Premium Partner

ExpertSender, marketing automation platform

A follower on a profile is on loan from the platform, while an email address and consent are already yours. Partner status gives the tools we use to move people from social media to a channel nobody can block for you overnight.

GetResponse MAX Trusted Partner

GetResponse MAX, e-mail marketing and automation platform

An alternative to ExpertSender where social media reach is to turn into a list of your own. A sign-up page, a form and a welcome sequence in one tool, without waiting for an implementation on the shop's side.

Pricing

How much does social media management cost for a business?

The audit has an entry price stated up front; you can buy it on its own and it does not commit you to anything further. Profile management and creative we quote after a brief: in it you describe the channels, publishing pace and amount of material, and we come back with a scope and a price.

Doubts before we start

Social media marketing: four things we hear

“We ran it ourselves and got the same result”

Most often because the social media manager did it alongside five other jobs, so publishing came in bursts and messages waited. That is a process problem, not a lack of ideas, and the audit shows it.

“Our industry is not suited to social media”

Some industries really are not. In B2B sales with a long cycle, a profile is sometimes worth less than the same budget in search. If yours is suited, on the call we show a case study with a similar sales model.

“We do not want to show faces”

A profile can be run without a team in front of the camera, built on the product, the process and data. It takes more work on the material, but it works.

“We have nothing to make content from”

Usually you do: photos from projects, questions from customers, reasons for complaints. That is material for a quarter, only nobody has collected it so far.

Limits of the service

How is profile management different from ad campaigns and influencers?

Short answer

Profile management is work in your own channels and runs without buying media: you pay us for the content and the management, not the platform for impressions. Ad campaigns are a separate ad budget, and working with creators is work in other people's channels. Three different things called by one word.

Organic reach of business profiles has been falling on every platform for years, and that is not our excuse but a working condition the platforms describe openly. That is why we set the publishing calendar around what your customers really settle before they buy, not around a number of posts per month or whatever trend is doing the rounds on TikTok.

Three different kinds of social media work: running your own profiles, buying media in advertising and working with creators in their channels

This is the service

  • You want a publishing calendar and someone who keeps to it.
  • You care about what your followers see.
  • You need content, not an ad budget.
  • You want to answer what customers settle before they buy.

That is different work

  • You want to pay the platform to reach new people: that is Meta Ads.
  • You want a recommendation from a creator in their channel: that is influencer marketing.
  • You need video material for a campaign: that is video production.

FAQ

Social media management: questions before you decide

What does a social media agency do?

A social media agency runs a brand's communication on social media: it sets the channel strategy, creates and publishes content, replies to the audience and reports the effect. The scope varies, from publishing ready-made materials to full production with photos and video. At JustIdea it covers strategy, content, publishing, moderation and measuring traffic from profiles to your site.

How much does social media management cost for a business?

We give the price for profile management and graphic creative for your scope, because it grows with every channel and every weekly post. Two things stay outside it: photos, videos and reels we make as part of video production, and the budget for boosting posts you pay directly to the platform.

Which social media channels should a business choose?

Not all of them, and that is the most important part of the answer. Two channels run properly beat four run in bursts. The choice comes from where your target audience really is and what material you can supply. A visual product holds its own on Instagram and TikTok, B2B sales more often on LinkedIn, and a local service is sometimes stronger in a Google business profile than on any social profile.

Can we start with one channel?

Yes, and that is how we most often start. One channel run properly gives more than three run in bursts, and after a quarter the report shows whether another is worth adding. Usually Instagram or Facebook comes first, because that is where you already have an audience. We add LinkedIn for B2B sales, and TikTok for a product that can be shown in motion.

How is a social media agency different from a freelancer?

A freelancer is one person: cheaper and quicker to decide, but a holiday or illness stops publishing. A social media agency gives you a team in which strategy, content, graphics, video and moderation have different people, and cover is built into the process. A third way is your own social media manager backed by our audit and strategy, and with one channel it is sometimes the cheapest.

Do you also run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes, but that is a separate service billed separately. Running Facebook and Instagram on the content side has a different work rhythm and a different way of measuring the effect than paid delivery, so mixing them in one package ends with nobody knowing what worked. The media budget we describe on separate pages: TikTok Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Who creates the content, us or you?

Both are possible, and we agree it before the start. We can take over content creation together with photo and video production, or work with your materials, adding the plan, editing and publishing. Whichever you choose, there is one place where you approve content before it goes out, and one agreed time for those approvals.

How soon will we see results?

The first changes in audience reactions usually show after four to eight weeks of regular publishing. Traffic from social media to your site grows more slowly, over a quarter, because it depends on how much content has had time to appear. Social media is rarely the last-click channel, so we judge it by its share in all purchase paths, not by directly attributed sales alone.

How to choose a social media agency for your industry

Profile management vs ad campaigns

These are two different services, and it is worth making sure they do not disappear into one package. Profile management builds the brand's image and a reason for someone to stay with it, while an ad campaign buys attention for today. They are measured differently: the first by its share in purchase paths, the second by the cost of acquisition. Put on one invoice, they stop being comparable separately.

How to tell that a social media report means something

There is one check question: does the report show the number of visits to the site and the events that followed them. Reach, impressions and likes describe the behaviour of the platform, not of a person. They are not worthless in themselves, but without data from analytics tools they do not answer whether the channel takes part in sales.

Publishing frequency: how much content per month makes sense

Publishing frequency is secondary to the reason for publishing. Eight pieces answering a real customer question work better than twenty filling the calendar or chasing a trend. The same material then feeds content marketing on the site and in the newsletter. When we take over a profile from someone else, we usually start by cutting the number of posts and raising their quality.

A social media agency for e-commerce vs for services

A shop can attribute an order to a visit from a profile and count the margin on the transaction, so performance logic applies here. A service business gets an enquiry whose value is known only after a sales conversation, so measurement has to reach into the CRM, and content works longer before anything shows. It is not the same work, and we do not price it the same way.

A social media agency in Kraków and remote work

Our office is in Kraków, on Olszańska Street, and that is where we run photo shoots and strategy workshops, which are worth meeting for in person. The profile work itself is remote, so we run social media for companies from various industries across Poland. Proximity matters for producing material, not for publishing and moderation.
