Measurement foundation
25 ptsWhether the tag manager and GA4 work at all, whether page views are counted twice, and whether the store sends product and basket events.
- Tag manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4
- No double counting
- Product and basket events
Works for online stores and company websites. All it needs is the address: no account access, no code on your site, no sales call.
The scanner only looks at the public website. It does not buy anything, does not submit forms and does not collect visitor data.
The scanner does what an analytics specialist does with the browser console open, only the same way every time. The result appears on this page, and you can leave the tab in the background meanwhile.
We launch a real Chrome instead of just reading the code. All that counts is what the website actually sends over the network.
We arrive like a customer from an ad, with a test gclid and fbclid in the address, and check whether any tag fires before anyone clicks the consent banner. In GA4 this one visit will show up as Google Ads traffic.
We agree to everything and watch whether the tags respond: Consent Mode, GA4, Google Ads and the pixels.
In a store, we open a product page and add the product to the basket. On a website without a store we skip this step and leave it out of the score.
Core Web Vitals from real Chrome users over the last 28 days, or from a Google test when there is no such data.
A score in five areas and a list of issues from the most serious, each with evidence from network traffic.
Each area carries its own weight in the score out of 100 points. The foundation weighs most, because without a tag manager and GA4 nothing else has anything to send.
Whether the tag manager and GA4 work at all, whether page views are counted twice, and whether the store sends product and basket events.
Whether data goes through your own server (sGTM, Stape), whether cookies are set by the server, and whether Meta gets an ID for deduplication with the Conversions API.
Consent banner, default denial, Consent Mode v2, whether anything tracks visitors before they click consent, and whether GA4 redacts e-mail addresses that end up in page URLs.
The Google Ads tag, the Meta pixel, storing the ad click (gclid, fbclid) and 12 other networks, from TikTok to ChatGPT Ads, plus the product data read by Google and AI assistants.
Core Web Vitals from real Chrome users, or from Google's lab measurement when there is no such data.
You see the score and the list of issues without leaving any details. An e-mail address is needed only for the fix instructions and the PDF report, which you can pass on to a developer or an agency.
Solid measurement with a few gaps worth closing before bigger budgets go live.
Smart Bidding, Advantage+ and Performance Max allocate budget based on the conversions they get from tags. When a tag loses some purchases or enquiries, or counts them twice, the algorithm learns from bad data exactly when budgets are at their highest. A fix after Black Friday will not recover anything.
The AI visibility checker reads robots.txt, llms.txt and the sitemap, then counts how much content and structured data is visible without JavaScript. The same address is enough, and the result takes less than a minute.
Yes. The scanner checks the tag manager, GA4, consent, server-side, ad pixels and speed on every website. It opens a product page and the basket only in a store, and on a website without a store those checks are left out of the score, so they do not lower it.
No. It only looks at the public website, the way a visitor does. In a store it adds a product to the basket, but it does not go to checkout, does not submit forms and does not log in to any account.
From network traffic. A real browser records every request to Google, Meta, TikTok or Microsoft, and the analysis checks what was sent, when and with which parameters. Each issue comes with evidence, so you can verify it without us. Tags that wait for a purchase or a form submission are read from the published GTM container, because they do not show up in traffic from just browsing the website.
Whatever happens outside the browser: events sent from the server (Conversions API, Measurement Protocol), conversion settings in the Google Ads and Meta dashboards, and the purchase itself, because the scanner does not pay. We check these in an audit with account access.
The e-mail unlocks the fix instructions for every issue and the PDF report. We use it only to contact you about the scan result, in line with the privacy policy. The score and the list of issues are visible without it.
Nothing. The scan, the result and the PDF report are free. You only pay for the fix, if you decide to order it from us, and its price is shown next to the services below the result.
After every major change: a new theme, plugin updates, a change of consent banner or GTM container. Measurement breaks quietly, and the scanner shows a result from the last 24 hours from memory, so re-checking the same website is instant.
The call is led by a new business specialist. When we get into the details of an account, the specialist for that channel joins in. We reply within one business day.
Before the meeting we review your website, your visibility and what your campaigns show from the outside. We will not open with “so, what does your company do?”.
The reply comes from the same new business specialist who will run the call. No qualification form and no call from an unknown number.
We go through your numbers and your questions. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will tell you straight away.
