What we build

Websites

Company websites and B2B platforms on WordPress or custom builds, with design, audits and speed optimisation.

Website development →

What we run

SEO

Visibility in Google and in language models. One team looks after search, your business profile and what ChatGPT and Gemini say about your brand.

Search engine optimisation →

What we run

Advertising and campaigns

Campaigns judged on net profit after returns and cost of goods, not on the ROAS in the ad platform. Creative is made in-house, so it never waits for a third supplier.

Digital marketing agency →

What we run

Analytics and data

Measurement first, decisions second. Ad, store and warehouse data in one place, so a budget conversation takes fifteen minutes, not three meetings.

Work at an e-commerce agency in Kraków

We build online stores and run their ads, SEO and analytics, all from one office in central Kraków. You start in one department, but you work on projects that all four departments work on. Day-to-day work in the team is in Polish.

21 people on the team
3 open positions

After your first week you know the whole team and who to ask about a topic you do not know yet.

Working conditions

What everyone on the team gets

Flexible hours

You start between 6:00 and 11:00, and once your start time is set, you do not renegotiate it every week.

Your own AI agent

The agent gathers the data and prepares the analysis. You make the decision and put your name to it. We test tools for clients on ourselves first.

Pay that grows

Specialists' pay rises for results and commitment, not for length of service.

A development path from day one

At the start we agree on a direction and name the people who will guide you along it.

Office in central Kraków

Air-conditioned and spacious, with a chill-out zone, a games console and VR.

Training and conferences

Internal and external, plus trips to industry events where we speak on stage ourselves.

How recruitment works

Four steps from CV to decision

At every stage you know what comes next and when.

01

Application

You send your CV with the button next to the job ad. The confirmation arrives automatically.

02

First interview

30 minutes online with the recruiter and the head of the department. You learn the scope of the role and the salary range.

03

Task or case study

Short and based on a real problem from our work. We go through it together in the interview.

04

Decision and onboarding

You always get an answer, a rejection included, with the reasons. If it is a yes, we agree who onboards you and what you work on in your first week.

Open positions

Three roles we are hiring for

Expand a job ad to see the full list of duties, requirements and terms. We give the salary range wherever it is set.
