Influencer marketing agency for brands entering Poland

Influencer marketing is a campaign in someone else's channels: you pay a creator for a recommendation, not a platform for impressions. As an influencer marketing agency in Poland, we match Polish creators to your product and to the market, negotiate the terms, approve the content before it goes live and secure the rights to the material. We count the result in sales from discount codes, not in reach.

We work on the brand's side

We do not represent creators, so we earn nothing from which one you choose. The recommendation comes from audience data, not from a commission.

A code and a link, not just a mention

Every collaboration gets its own discount code and a tagged link, so sales can be attributed to a specific creator instead of describing the campaign by its reach.

Starting point

Why does a campaign with big reach not sell?

A brand that tried creators once and decided it does not work usually stumbled not on the channel but on the execution. Without these four things the budget turns into reach that nobody later counts towards sales.

A creator chosen by follower count

A hundred thousand followers from the wrong group sell less than eight thousand from the right one. What matters is the overlap with your customer, not the size of the account.

No code and no link, so no proof

Without its own discount code and tracking link, sales from the campaign remain a guess. A month later nobody can tell them apart from the rest of the traffic.

One post and that is it

A single post is a test, not a campaign. Trust in a recommendation builds at the third or fourth contact with the same face.

A contract without rights to the material

Good material ends with the post, because nobody wrote down the right to use it in paid campaigns. It is the most wasted asset in this service.

Definition

How does influencer marketing in Poland work?

Influencer marketing is working with someone else's audience, one you cannot buy from any platform. You can switch an ad off in a minute, but a recommendation cannot be taken back once it is published, so the choice of creator and the terms of the contract weigh more here than the budget. For a brand new to Poland it is also the fastest way to borrow trust it has not had time to build yet.

Chosen by overlap with your customer

We check who the creator's audience really is: age, city, gender and whether the comments include questions about buying. Reach is the last criterion, not the first.

A contract that secures the material

Scope of posts, deadlines, category exclusivity and the right to use the creator's material (UGC) in paid campaigns. That last point turns one post into an asset for a quarter.

Measured on the store's side

A discount code and a tagged link, with results counted in your analytics, not in the creator's statistics. The campaign is judged by sales, not by a screenshot of stats.

How it works

From choosing creators to settling the campaign

We do not start with a list of names but with who you are looking for and what should happen after the post goes live.

  1. 1

    Brief and creator shortlist

    2-3 weeks

We agree the target group, category and budget, then build a list of Polish creators with a rationale next to each name. You also get the ones we advise against, together with the reason.

  2. 2

    Negotiation and contracts

    2-4 weeks

Terms, deadlines, exclusivity and rights to the material. This is also where we check whether the influencer's reach is real: under NDA we ask for a screenshot from the creator's dashboard and compare it with what they declared.

  3. 3

    Production and publication

    2-6 weeks

You approve the content before it goes live, in one agreed place. Each collaboration gets its own code and link so it can be settled separately.

  4. 4

    Settlement and second life

    after the campaign

A report with sales per creator, counted from codes and links. Material we hold the rights to then goes into paid campaigns, where it usually works more cheaply than creative produced from scratch.

Client reviews

Reviews you cannot order from us

Influencer marketing makes conflicts of interest easy: an agency that represents creators earns from the campaign happening, whatever its result. We have no creators on our books, and we count campaign results in sales, not reach. These ratings were left by clients on three platforms, and on Clutch every review is preceded by a call from the platform to the client.

Certifications and partnerships

What these partnerships bring to creator campaigns

Four partner statuses JustIdea maintains. A badge on its own says nothing, so each one comes with something concrete: access, support or data we would not have without it.

Meta Business Partner

Meta, partner programme for Facebook and Instagram

Creator material gets a second life only when it can run as an ad from the brand's account. Partner status gives technical support for that use and for measurement, which has to work even when the post comes from someone else's profile.

HubSpot Certified Partner

HubSpot, CRM and marketing automation partner programme

A creator campaign also brings enquiries, not only orders. Connecting codes and links to the CRM lets you count those enquiries all the way through, instead of cutting measurement off at the landing page.

ExpertSender Premium Partner

ExpertSender, marketing automation platform

Traffic from an influencer campaign arrives in a wave and disappears. Capturing some of those people into your own database turns a one-off spike into a channel you can return to without paying a second time.

GetResponse MAX Trusted Partner

GetResponse MAX, e-mail marketing and automation platform

An alternative to ExpertSender where creator traffic needs turning into your own list. The sign-up page, form and welcome sequence sit in one panel, so a collaboration leaves a contact behind, not just reach.

Four things we hear about creator campaigns

„We tried it and nothing came of it”

Usually with one post from one creator and no discount code. That was a test without measurement, not a campaign, so the conclusion that it does not work has nothing to stand on.

„Creators in our industry are too expensive”

Sometimes, and then we advise against it. But in most categories the price grows with account size and sales grow with fit, so a few smaller creators come out cheaper than one big one.

„We do not want to give up control of the message”

And you do not have to. Scope, deadlines and what is said in the material are set by the contract, and you approve the content before it goes live. What you cannot do is write the creator's own sentences, because then the audience stops believing.

„We sell to businesses, not consumers”

Then we usually advise against classic influencer marketing and suggest industry experts on LinkedIn instead. It is different work, a different contract and a different pace.

Limits of the service

How is this service different from social media and advertising?

Short answer

Running profiles is work in your own channels, and advertising is buying media you can switch off in a minute. Influencer marketing buys the recommendation of a person who built trust without us, and which cannot be taken back once published.

These paths meet at the end: material we hold the rights to in the contract comes back in paid campaigns as creative, run by the performance team. The creator collaboration itself ends with the sales report, with no media buying.

Two things in this service are not up for negotiation. The first is labelling the material as advertising, which goes into every contract. The second is verifying statistics: around 21 percent of reported campaign problems concern fake engagement, so an account without access to its dashboard is out before we discuss the fee.

Influencer marketing compared with running profiles: the first works in other people's channels and buys a recommendation, the second in your own

This is the service

  • You want to reach someone else's audience, not your own.
  • You care about a recommendation, not reach alone.
  • You need material that will later come back in paid campaigns.
  • You accept that the schedule is negotiated, not dictated.

That is different work

  • It is about your profile and your calendar: that is social media management.
  • You want to pay a platform for impressions and be able to switch it off: that is Meta Ads.
  • You need video material alone, without a creator posting it: that is production.

FAQ

Influencer marketing agency in Poland: questions before you decide

Do you represent influencers?

No. JustIdea works on the brand's side, that is for the company buying the campaign. If you are a creator looking for an agency to manage you, this is not the service for you. For brands the difference matters too: since we have no creators on our books, nobody pays us a commission for who we recommend.

How do you match influencers to a brand?

We start with who your customer is, not with who has the biggest account. We check the structure of the creator's audience, meaning age, gender and city, follower growth, the share of genuine reactions and whether questions about price and availability appear under the posts. Public data shows reach, not the make-up of the audience, so we take statistics from the creator's dashboard.

How much does an influencer campaign cost?

For our part of the work you pay from €250 net, and that is what a category test costs: a first campaign checking whether the channel delivers in your industry. Campaigns and ongoing partnerships are quoted after the brief. Creator fees come separately: they depend on the category, account size and number of posts, and between industries they can differ tenfold. Barter, meaning product instead of a fee, works only with smaller accounts and with a product the creator would have bought anyway.

How do you measure the effect of an influencer campaign?

Measurement rests on a discount code and a tagged link, separate for each collaboration. We count sales in your analytics, not in the summary the creator sends. We also measure traffic, events after landing and the effect on brand searches. That last one is often the most important in large campaigns: some of the audience never clicks the link, but types the brand name into Google a few days later.

Can we use creator material in our ads?

Yes, if we write it into the contract, and we always push for it. Creator material, or UGC, in a paid campaign from the brand's account usually works better than creative produced from scratch, because it looks like content rather than an ad. Without that clause, the right to the material ends with the post.

How many creators does it take to make sense?

For a first attempt usually three to five, because one post from one person is a test, not a campaign, and you cannot draw a conclusion from it. For a steady presence in a category there are more likely a dozen or more creators across several waves, because a recommendation starts to work only when the same face comes back for the third or fourth time.

Influencer marketing: what to know before a campaign

An influencer marketing agency versus a talent agency

They are two different businesses with similar names. A talent agency represents people and sells their time, so its interest is a higher fee. An influencer marketing agency works on the brand's side and its interest is the campaign result. It is worth asking outright which side the person you are talking to is on, because that decides whose interest the recommendation serves.

Micro, macro or celebrity

Account size changes not only the price but also the role in the funnel. Creators with smaller, engaged communities sell better, because their recommendation is closer to a conversation with a friend. Big accounts build awareness and usually show up not in direct sales but in growing searches for the brand name.

Who is responsible for labelling an advertising collaboration

Paid material has to be labelled as an advertising collaboration, and the recommendations of UOKiK, Poland's competition and consumer protection authority, are clear on this: the advertiser is responsible too, not only the creator. That is why a labelling clause goes into every contract of ours, together with how it should read. It is not a formality to skip for a better effect.

Why a discount code understates a campaign's result

Some of the audience buys without a code, because they reach the site two weeks later from a search engine. So the code shows the lower bound of the effect, not the whole of it. It is still needed: it is the only way to compare creators with the same measure and know who is worth working with again.

Influencer marketing in Poland, run from Kraków

Our office is in Kraków, and that is where we hold shoots and meetings with creators that are worth doing in person. The campaign itself is remote by nature, because creators work from all over Poland, so a brand based abroad does not need a local team to run it.
