Four steps from referral to commission

Your part is one referral. You do not need to know our prices or prepare an offer.

Step 1

You refer a contact

You send the referral form or an email with the company name and a contact person.

Step 2

We confirm the referral

We get back to you before we write to the client. We agree who leads the conversation and whether you want to be part of it. From that moment the referral is assigned to you.

Step 3

Call, audit and quote

The referred company gets a free audit or visibility report, and then a semi-fixed price quote within 2 working days.

Step 4

You get your commission

Commission accrues from the moment the referred company signs the contract, and we settle it monthly or quarterly.

How much you will earn

Commission based on our list prices

Each amount is 10% of the entry price of a service, that is the cheapest option in our price list. The invoice for a project is usually higher, and the commission grows with it.

One company, several services

When a referred company orders a store, a website and a strategy, the commission on that bundle at the entry prices from our price list comes to €640, plus every later invoice for care and marketing.

Commission on services without a fixed price, too

SEO, performance marketing and influencer marketing have a ‘from’ price in our price list, because the final one depends on the competition in the industry and the media budget. We calculate the commission the same way: 10% of the invoice, only its basis is the quote.

Logo, brand book and a full visual identity, plus business cards, email signatures, leaflets, brochures and presentations. One design team prepares all of the materials.

What to know before your first referral

You can type any other question into the referral form.

How much is the commission in the JustIdea partner program?

The commission is 10% of every invoice JustIdea issues to a company referred by a partner. This applies to one-off projects and to services billed as a monthly retainer.

Does the commission cover further services for the same client?

Yes. If the referred company orders further services while working with us, we calculate commission on those invoices too.

How much can I earn from one referral?

10% of every invoice we issue to the company you referred, so the bigger the project, the bigger the commission. A store or website build pays out in one go.

Who can become a JustIdea partner?

Anyone can become a partner, with no entry threshold and no fee. Most often our partners are freelancers, consultants, tool providers and software houses, as well as agency clients who recommend us further.

How many referrals can I submit?

There is no limit. The commission is calculated separately for each referred company, so the second and the tenth referral are settled just like the first.

How is the commission settled?

We settle the commission monthly or quarterly, and you choose how often. We calculate it from invoices the referred company has already paid, and clients pay by the 10th of the month. How we settle with you, by invoice or by a simple bill, is agreed at the first referral.

Does the program work outside Poland?

Yes. Besides Kraków, we answer calls on local numbers in the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia and the Netherlands, and the call is handled by a business manager working in that market. We work in Polish and in English, and a referral of a foreign company is settled on the same terms.
