Business strategy
Working out how your brand should speak tomorrow: target audience, brand character and promise, voice, touchpoints, USP and RTB.
- Defining the brand's target audience: exactly who the message should reach and what it should say (building the brand personality).
- Trend analysis: selecting trends, based on the specific project, that can be classified and matched to the brand for the next six months to a year.
- Competitor analysis on the Polish and foreign markets: checking the trends, actions and good practices the competition follows
- Brand: main traits, strengths, weaknesses, namely:
- brand character: which traits to identify our brand with, searching for archetypes,
- defining the brand promise, that is the value or experience customers can expect every time they interact with the company,
- brand voice: setting the communication style the brand should use to reach a specific target audience,
- identifying the brand's touchpoints, that is every place and situation where the audience can come into contact with the brand. Every time a customer encounters your brand, that is a touchpoint
- USP of the brand/product/services: unique selling proposition, the actual competitive advantage. RTB of the brand/product/service: reason to believe
- Visual identity: based on the current branding, initial research and creative directions (benchmarks) that will later support the creative team in producing the graphic designs.
- Promotion: deciding which channels to use and how to promote your brand
- Think tank Ideas: a “bank of thoughts and ideas”, using the knowledge, reflections and inspiration gathered, and turning them into creative ideas designed to set the brand apart from the competition.
