Every day, your customers type exactly what you offer into Google. The PROFIT Start, Growth and Scale packages combine strategy, content and link building into one process, and differ in how intense it is: the number of sponsored articles a month and the quarterly volume of content. Every package includes an AI model in ChatGPT set up for your business, together with a brief, and the biggest tier adds server log analysis.

Large websites and stores with a wide catalogue do not fit these tiers, so they have a separate quote, described below the PROFIT packages.

How much does website SEO cost?

SEO pricing is built on PROFIT packages in three tiers: Start, Growth and Scale. Prices start from €480 net a month for the Start package, with Growth and Scale priced individually. Which package to choose depends on competition in your industry, the size of your website and how much technical work is needed. Stores with more than 5,000 products and websites with an extensive category structure are quoted individually for the Polish market, and the surcharge for each further market is set out in the quote.

What decides the price of SEO?

  • Competition in your industry. Breaking into keywords that big websites fight for takes more content and a stronger link profile than a local niche.
  • Scale of the website. A store with thousands of URLs has different technical problems than a site with ten subpages. In the Scale package we add server log analysis.
  • Intensity of link building. From 1 sponsored article a month in the Start package to 3 in Scale.
  • Volume of content. The quarterly character count rises from 12,000 in the Start package to 23,000 in Scale.

What does the first month look like?

The first month of every package, including Start, goes on SEO strategy, keyword analysis, a content plan, a link building strategy and an analytics check. Only after that do regular activities start, because SEO without a plan means spending budget on random keywords. You can order an SEO audit separately, from €980 net, when you want to start with a diagnosis of what is holding growth back today.

When do you see results?

The first clear results usually appear after around 6 months. This is not a channel for a quick traffic boost, but one that keeps working even when you are not paying for ads. Every package includes keyword monitoring, a Looker Studio dashboard, a monthly report and a reporting meeting, so you see progress, not just an invoice. If you need traffic straight away, add performance campaigns to your SEO. If you operate locally, start with a Google Business Profile.

Do you guarantee first place in Google?

No, and no honest agency will. The algorithm changes several hundred times a year, and your competitors are working too. We guarantee the scope of work, a monthly report on traffic and revenue from the organic channel, and the option to leave with three months' notice.

How long should you wait before judging SEO work?

Not after the first month: in every package it goes on strategy and groundwork, so judging the work after thirty days means judging the foundations, not the results. A sensible window for a first assessment is a quarter.

Are the prices shown net?

Yes, all prices in the JustIdea price list are net, that is excluding VAT. We work with businesses that can deduct VAT, so gross prices would only blur the comparison.

How long do I wait for a quote?

We come back with a quote within 2 working days of receiving the brief. For simpler services, usually the same day; for a build with integrations, we also need a short technical call.

What does the semi-fixed price model mean?

We agree the scope and the price before we start, instead of billing for hours nobody can predict. If something outside the agreed scope comes up along the way, we quote it separately and go ahead only once you approve.
