Before quoting, we ask which systems the store needs to connect to: an ERP, a wholesaler, a warehouse system. Integration with a Marketing Automation system is standard, and the cost of the others depends on how the system on the other side is built.

Worth knowing

How much does an online store cost?

Online store pricing starts from €4,890 net for the Template package, a ready-made template with no design changes. The Branded Template package, with a template adapted to your brand identity, and Custom Design, a design built from scratch, are quoted individually. These are entry-level thresholds: in the custom-design variant, real-world builds are often many times higher, because the scope of work decides the price.

What determines the price?

  • Scope of functionality. Non-standard sales mechanics, beyond the core shared by all three packages, are quoted separately.
  • Integrations. Connecting a Marketing Automation system is included in every package, while integrations with an ERP, wholesalers or warehouse systems are quoted once we have looked at those systems.
  • Analytics. In the Template and Branded Template packages we set up Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel at a basic level, in the Custom Design package at an advanced level.

What do you get beyond the build itself?

Every store gets our own JustReview rating system, a newsletter, social proof and a panel where you manage content yourself. In the Branded Template and Custom Design packages, we build the store to SEO standards, and Custom Design adds speed optimisation on top.

What happens after launch?

After launch, a store needs ongoing technical care, described in the development care pricing. Campaigns from the performance marketing pricing bring traffic from day one, and SEO builds organic traffic over the longer term.

Before you order

Questions that come up before an online store quote

How long does an online store build take?

From 10 to 18 weeks on a premium theme, and up to 33 weeks for a design built from scratch, counting from the workshop to going live. The timeline is extended mainly by integrations with other systems and the state of the data in the old store.

Will you migrate my store from another platform?

Yes, from Shoper, Shopify, Magento, Comarch ERP XL e-Sklep and custom-built systems. We migrate products, categories, customers, orders and content, and we prepare the 301 redirect map before going live, based on real traffic from Search Console.

Are the prices shown net?

Yes. All prices in the JustIdea price list are net, and VAT is added on the invoice.

How long do I wait for a quote?

We come back with a quote within 2 working days of receiving the brief. For simpler services, usually the same day; for a build with integrations, we also need a short technical call.

What does the semi-fixed price model mean?

We agree the scope and the price before we start, instead of billing for every hour of work. If something outside the agreed scope comes up along the way, we quote it separately and go ahead only once you approve.
