Company websites and B2B platforms on WordPress or custom builds, with design, audits and speed optimisation.

SEO

Visibility in Google and in language models. One team looks after search, your business profile and what ChatGPT and Gemini say about your brand.

Advertising and campaigns

Campaigns judged on net profit after returns and cost of goods, not on the ROAS in the ad platform. Creative is made in-house, so it never waits for a third supplier.

Measurement first, decisions second. Ad, store and warehouse data in one place, so a budget conversation takes fifteen minutes, not three meetings.

UX/UI audit pricing

A document listing what blocks conversion on the purchase path, written up as tasks for a developer.

Price
€860
One-off, net price. Stores and websites that have traffic, but convert lower than they should.
Before you choose

A task list for a developer, not a list of a designer's opinions

A UX/UI audit is a document where every point is described so it can be passed on as a concrete task, not as a general “improve the UX”. We base the assessment on proven design rules, including Nielsen's heuristics, so it holds up even when someone on your team disagrees.

The two variants differ in depth, not in care. START is a 20 to 50-page document delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, focused on user paths and usability. GURU runs up to 100 pages in 3 to 4 weeks, and also covers details that usually go unnoticed. The length depends on how many things worth fixing we actually find.

What the service itself looks like, step by step: UX audit.

Packages

UX/UI audit: packages and rates

All prices net. We set out the scope of each variant in the contract before we start, using a semi-fixed price model.

UX audit of a website

The path from landing to sending an enquiry: the first screen, navigation, the offer's copy, the form and the mobile version. For company and service websites, where the customer needs to understand the offer and get in touch.

from €860 net
  • Analysis of session recordings and analytics data
  • Walking the path on both phone and desktop
  • A list of fixes ranked by their impact on enquiries
  • An hour-long walkthrough with your team, delivered in about 10 working days

UX audit of an online store

The whole purchase path: listing, filters, the product page, the basket and checkout. For stores where every extra step in the basket costs a percentage of conversion.

from €860 net
  • Analysis of session recordings and analytics data
  • The full purchase path through to checkout (added in this package)
  • A list of fixes ranked by their impact on sales (added in this package)
  • An hour-long walkthrough with your team, delivered in about 10 working days

A coral plus marks an item that the cheaper variant doesn't have. An upward arrow marks the same item with a wider scope. A green tick marks the scope shared by every variant.

Worth knowing

How much does a UX/UI audit cost?

The UX/UI audit costs €860 net, the same for a company website and for an online store. This is a fixed price: it doesn't depend on the number of subpages or screens to go through. The work takes about ten working days, and if the site doesn't have session recordings yet, we set them up as part of the audit.

What's the difference between a website audit and a store audit?

What's analysed. On a company website, everything comes down to one conversion: filling in the form. In a store, the path has several steps, you can lose a customer at any of them, and each one is measured differently, so a store audit looks at the listing, the product page, the basket and checkout.

What do we base the assessment on?

The audit isn't a list of a designer's personal opinions. We base it on proven design rules and principles, including Nielsen's heuristics. We describe every point so it can be handed to a developer as a concrete task, not as a general “improve the UX”.

Who does it make sense for?

A UX/UI audit pays off fastest where there's already traffic, but conversion is lower than it should be. If you're bringing users in through ad campaigns or SEO, every fix on the purchase path works on all of that traffic at once. If there are so many changes needed that it's easier to rebuild the site from scratch, we'll say so directly and point you to the website pricing.

Who prepares your UX/UI audit quote

The price shows what you'll pay, not what it's like to work with us. That second part is captured by the average of the reviews clients gave the whole agency on three public platforms.

Questions that come up before a UX/UI audit quote

Does an audit make sense with low website traffic?

No, and we say so before we take the job on. The assessment is based on session recordings and analytics data, so without traffic the conclusions would just be guesswork. If session recording isn't set up yet, we add two weeks to gather material.

Can I implement the report myself, without your involvement?

Yes, the document is yours. Every point has a description of the problem, a screenshot and a proposed fix, along with a note on whether it's a job for an editor or a developer, so you can hand it to any team.

Are the prices shown net?

Yes, all prices in the JustIdea price list are net, that is excluding VAT. We work with businesses that can deduct VAT, so gross prices would only blur the comparison.

How long do I wait for a quote?

We come back with a quote within 2 working days of receiving the brief. For simpler services, usually the same day; for a build with integrations, we also need a short technical call.

What does the semi-fixed price model mean?

We agree the scope and the price before we start, instead of billing for hours nobody can predict. If something outside the agreed scope comes up along the way, we quote it separately and go ahead only once you approve.
