Development care pricing starts from €80 a month for the 1h package for a website; store packages start higher and are quoted separately. You pay for a developer's reserved time each month, not for a single ticket. The bigger the package, the lower the hourly rate: in store packages it steps down as you move up a tier.

A PrestaShop store is alive: modules get added, integrations change, the checkout changes, and every hour of downtime is real lost sales. That's why store packages start from 10 hours a month and always come with a dedicated developer assigned. A company website usually doesn't change every week, so a sensible starting point there is 1 or 2 hours, mostly for updates and a quick response if something breaks.

No, and we say so upfront instead of burying it in the terms. That's why we match the package to your actual pace of work and adjust it up or down during the engagement, without redrafting the whole contract.

What happens if a month needs more hours than the package covers?

We bill the extra at a flat €80 net an hour, the same for every package. We flag going over before it happens, so the decision to keep going is yours, not the invoice's.

Are the prices shown net?

Yes, all prices in the JustIdea price list are net, that is excluding VAT. We work with businesses that can deduct VAT, so gross prices would only blur the comparison.

How long do I wait for a quote?

We come back with a quote within 2 working days of receiving the brief. For simpler services, usually the same day; for a build with integrations, we also need a short technical call.

What does the semi-fixed price model mean?

We agree the scope and the price before we start, instead of billing for hours nobody can predict. If something outside the agreed scope comes up along the way, we quote it separately and go ahead only once you approve.
