Development care is ongoing access to a developer who knows your project. The package gives you hours reserved for the month and, from the 2h package upwards, round-the-clock JustPulse monitoring and a monthly review too: system and module updates, performance and security issues, and PageSpeed results.

Every package is a pool of hours for a store or a website, and we size it to your pace of change. A PrestaShop store gets new modules, integrations and checkout changes every week, and downtime means lost sales, which is why we recommend packages from 10 hours a month with a dedicated developer for stores. A company website usually needs one or two hours, mostly for updates and a quick response if something breaks.

JustPulse is our website monitoring tool. It checks availability and response time, spots an empty page that still returns a correct status code, and watches your SSL certificate, domain expiry and mail configuration. It alerts our team about any problem.

How much does development care cost?

Development care pricing starts from €80 a month for the 1h package; larger packages are quoted separately. Each package is a pool of developer time for your store or website. The bigger the package, the lower the hourly rate as you move up a tier.

How do I get started?

Questions that come up before a development care quote

Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

No. That's why we match the package to the pace of work on your project and adjust it up or down during the engagement, without redrafting the whole contract.

What happens if a month needs more hours than the package covers?

We bill the extra at a flat €80 net an hour, the same for every package. We let you know in advance when you're about to go over, and the decision to keep going is yours.

Are the prices shown net?

Yes. All prices in the JustIdea price list are net, and VAT is added on the invoice.

How long do I wait for a quote?

We come back with a quote within 2 working days of receiving the brief. For simpler services, usually the same day; for a build with integrations, we also need a short technical call.

What does the semi-fixed price model mean?

We agree the scope and the price before we start, instead of billing for every hour of work. If something outside the agreed scope comes up along the way, we quote it separately and go ahead only once you approve.
