If the company has been selling for years and the question is why marketing is not scaling along with sales, the first stage carries the most weight: the review of what is. It shows whether the problem sits in communication or in service, and quite often it turns out most of the money is sitting in service and retention, not in campaigns.
If the brand is just starting out, or changing how it operates, the weight shifts to the workshop. There is not yet much to review, and every decision made at the start carries for years, because it keeps coming back in every material and every sales conversation.
The strategy is run by Marcin Kądziela, and that is deliberate: a strategy written by someone who was not in the room for the workshop is a document about the company, not for it. That is why we do not subcontract this work, and why we take on a limited number of these projects at a time.
