How long will I wait for a reply?
One business day for the first contact. If your enquiry arrives on Friday after 16:00 Polish time, we will get back to you on Monday.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The initial call and the scope estimate are free. You only pay for the work that follows from the quote, and you know about it before it starts.
Who will I talk to at the first meeting?
Paweł or Martyna from the sales team. When the conversation turns to campaigns or to your store, a specialist in that channel joins in.
Do you only work from Kraków?
Our office is in Kraków, but we have clients all over Poland and abroad. We run projects remotely and arrange in-person meetings where they make sense.
